Tiendas Universal enters the Nicaraguan Market
Tiendas Universal, recognized family business with 100% Costa Rican capital, makes its first venture into Nicaraguan territory with a significant investment in infrastructure and products.
Said venture has been carried out together with the team of García & Bodán Nicaragua, which includes Carlos Téllez, Managing Partner, Michelle Avilés and Gerardo Escorcia, Associates, as well as Mayra Navarrete, Senior Associate of the Intellectual Property Department.
This team has advised them from the incorporation of the company in Nicaragua to the procurement of their permits to operate, customs issues and organization of their work structure. Also, they have provided legal advice on regulatory and trademark issues for the entry into operations of the first Tienda Universal in Nicaragua.
