Successful closure for the construction of a BATCA building in Nicaragua

British American Tobacco Caribe y Centroamérica has once again achieve a successful closure for the construction of a new building in Nicaragua.

The investment of BATCA reached the USD 4.5 million for the construction of a new building, which will have an area of 1,700 square meters of storage and other 1,400 square meters for their corporate offices; this way they will gather their staff in a same place.

García & Bodán Nicaragua, through the Partner Terencio García, and the Associate Ma. Alejandra Baldizón, accompanied BATCA since the beginnings of all the transaction, providing them advice in the legal process, from the investigation of the property at registry, cadastral and municipal level, to the formalization of the necessary legal contracts for the closure of the transaction.

British American Tobacco Caribe y Centroamérica (BATCA) is the leader tobacco company of the Central American area; result of the integration of the six biggest tobacco companies of each of the Central American countries that were part of the British American Tobacco Group, leader tobacco group with brands that are sold around 200 markets.
