Rehabilitation of facilities of Mountain Hotel Cerro Verde in El Salvador
CORSATUR, through the Procurement and Institutional Contracting Unit, convenes to participate in the public tender, which is intended to hire a natural or legal person to provide repair works services and improvements for the rehabilitation of the facilities of Mountain Hotel Cerro Verde, Phase III, for the continuous improvement of the infrastructure and the setting in tourist value at national and international level.
The development of the project is for the implementation of the program INVERTURES, which seeks to provide a space in the territories for the development of all those business ideas, plans and national tourism projects, in order to promote public and private investment.
The project consists of actions of adequacy, repair and rehabilitation of the facilities of the building, through which it is intended to have physical infrastructure that manages to impact the visual perspective of future investors. Among the areas to be adapted are lounge bar, main viewpoint, kitchen, services area, loading and unloading area, corridors with roof and deck structure, basic services such as: electrical, hydraulic and mechanical installations, fire system, among others.
