Orell Füssli participated in a bidding process before the Central Bank of Nicaragua
García & Bodán advised the Swiss banknote printing house, Orell Füssli, in a bidding process before the Central Bank of Nicaragua (BCN).
During the process, García & Bodán’s team of lawyers provided accompaniment and advice based on Administrative Law in relation to the Bidding Terms and Conditions, in the preparation and presentation of the bid in accordance with Nicaraguan law, and ensured a fluent, compliant, and correct process.
García & Bodán’s lawyers were also in charge of the review of all local and foreign documents required for the submission of the bid, ensuring that they were duly and legally executed in accordance with Resolution CD-BCN-IV-1-11, Regulation on Procedures for Contracting the Printing of Banknotes and Coin Minting, approved on January 31, 2011, and the Bidding Terms and Conditions.
The transaction was led by Terencio García, Regional Managing Partner of García & Bodán, with the collaboration of Valeska Fonseca, Associate in the Managua (Nicaragua) office.
