Valeska Fonseca is Associate of the Corporate and Transactional and Labor practice areas in Managua, Nicaragua.
In November 2016, she started as an intern in the firm and joined as law clerk in 2018. She obtained the Suma Cum Laude recognition in her monographic thesis to get her law degree, which is in the library of Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) as support material for students.
Throughout her career, she has assisted in the legal advice to national and foreign companies in Corporate, Labor and Aeronautical Law, achieving satisfactory results in the firm.
Committed to her work, her practice also includes advising NGOs that she has supported as PROBONO, allowing the proper legal functioning of the same in Nicaragua and the development of their missions in the country.
