In Costa Rica, Ernesto Hütt Crespo joins as Partner. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, real estate, litigation, and arbitration, Ernesto has led processes involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, estate planning, and high-impact real estate projects. On his incorporation, Ernesto stated: “I join GarciaBodan with great enthusiasm to contribute my experience in complex and high-impact projects. In El Salvador, David Claros Flores has been promoted to Partner, joining the leadership of the practice. With over 10 years of experience advising companies on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, his practice focuses on cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and comprehensive corporate advisory. David has supported leading organizations across multiple sectors, participating in high-impact operations and projects throughout the region. Upon assuming his new position, he said: “Taking on this new responsibility is both an honor and a commitment. I'm excited to continue contributing to challenging transactions and building strategic solutions for our clients.”
Also in El Salvador, Rodrigo Benítez Nassar has been promoted to Senior Associate, after establishing himself as a key member of the team in corporate matters, new technologies and data protection. Regarding this promotion, Rodrigo noted: “Effort always pays off and arrives at the right moment. This promotion represents not only a personal achievement but also the strengthening of the firm, which continues to advance with a renewed image and with new appointments that reflect our collective growth.”
