García & Bodán promoted two members of the team from El Salvador

García & Bodán promoted two members of the team from El Salvador strengthening the Corporate and Transactional and Tax practice areas.

David Claros and Rodrigo Benítez were promoted to Senior Associate and Associate, respectively.

García & Bodán is known for its organic growth, and these promotions are no stranger to it. “They are both people who joined the firm as interns and continued progressing to the step they are taking today. They have developed their professional project within our company, and we are very pleased with this, because it assures us that they will continue to attend our clients’ issues under the work culture and values that we promote within the firm.”, indicated Julio Vargas, Managing Partner of García & Bodán El Salvador.

Both lawyers aspire and bet on going the last mile to achieve the maximum goal: to become Partners. “As we grow as lawyers within the firm, it also grows with us, and becoming an Associate is the first step towards it, therefore, do not be afraid to say that being a Partner is a goal.” indicated Benitez.  On the other hand, Claros expressed the same desire: “In the long term, this new position means one more success is my goal to become a Partner of the firm.”

David says his growth plan in the firm include one key factor and it is the enthusiasm he feels of being part of the team, so, among his plans with this new position is to return a little of all the training and support he received over the years, helping the younger members of the firm in their training and work culture that characterizes the law firm García & Bodán.  Salvadoran lawyers have gained a significant experience in the years worked in the firm. David Claros specializes in Corporate and Transactional, Labor, as well as Banking and Finance, where he has participated in important transactions of well-known companies around the world. Rodrigo Benitez, on his part, has focused his practice in the Tax area of the firm, also with experience in Intellectual Property and Corporate practice.

“These promotions correspond to a commitment to the professional growth of our colleagues, which of course involves the growth of our firm and the practice areas in which they specialize; responding to the work they have been carrying out in their previous positions”, concluded Vargas.
