GarciaBodan signs cooperation agreement with Fe y Alegría El Salvador

GarciaBodan has entered into a cooperation agreement with Fe y Alegría El Salvador, an organization that has spent more than five decades creating educational opportunities and promoting development initiatives in vulnerable communities throughout the country.

This partnership reflects the firm's regional commitment to Pro Bono work and to strengthening institutions that generate meaningful social impact. Our team in El Salvador will contribute its legal expertise in advising nonprofit organizations, helping Fe y Alegría continue advancing its educational programs, technical training initiatives, and community development efforts.

The Pro Bono work carried out under this agreement will be led by Rodrigo Benítez, Senior Associate, and Daniel López, Associate, both of whom have extensive experience advising civil society organizations and nonprofit entities. Their support aims to ensure that Fe y Alegría’s operations remain backed by strong compliance practices and aligned with recognized best practices.

For GarciaBodan, this agreement represents an opportunity to support a cause of significant value to the country while placing our technical knowledge and specialized legal expertise at the service of society, particularly in matters related to civil society organizations.

We are proud to support Fe y Alegría in its mission and to reaffirm our conviction that the law is also a powerful tool for generating impact, creating opportunities, and strengthening initiatives that transform lives.

Fe y Alegría is an international movement dedicated to comprehensive popular education, committed to expanding opportunities for children and young people living in vulnerable conditions. In El Salvador, the organization has worked for more than 50 years to promote transformative education and community development processes that strengthen capabilities, foster inclusion, and support social mobility.
