Since the creation of the first 3D printer in the eighties, capable of achieving the identical reproduction of a design with volume, printer models of that kind have been developing this type of methods that allows a greater precision and coverage. Currently, the 3-dimensional impression it´s being used for printing prototypes, instruments and sketches, till ‘more specialized printers in the industry of fashion, engineering, construction, and the ones used in the manufacturing of medications and biological applications allows the manufacture of implants and organic tissues.
In so far as, the 3D printers have become more technical tools, it has also design more accessible models for particular use. The use for this type of equipment allows to create models and final products in less time and reducing technical costs of manufacturing, like the materialization of ideas in a more sophisticated way, among many other benefits. The capacity of acquiring this type of equipment has raised the risks regarding piracy, falsification and no authorized reproduction about the products that possess an exclusive design.
It is here where, once again the market it’s found with the opportunity of the creation of objects that beyond of counting with a characteristic form possess a distinctive function. In every invention and development of new designs, we see the necessity of protecting the ideas in an integral form, trademarks, 3-Dimensional forms, industrial designs and utility models that enables a better protection.
