Investment Project

The Autonomous Port Executive Commission (CEPA), through its Procurement and Institutional Contracting Unit (UACI), promotes Public Tender for ECA-LP 32/2018 “Pavement Work on Runway 15-33, Phase V and Surface Treatment on the International Platform and Bravo Taxiway, Phase I, of the International Airport of Ilopango”, with the purpose of selecting the offeror with whom CEPA will sign the corresponding construction contract.

The project consists in:

1. Pavement work on Runway 15-33: The contractor must proceed with the execution of critical paving in the areas shown on the construction plans or the ones that the supervisor indicates in the field.
2. Surface treatment of the international platform: the contractor must proceed with the execution of the surface treatment in the areas shown in the construction plans or the ones that the supervisor indicates in the field.
3. Seal of gaskets on the hydraulic concrete platform: The contractor must proceed with the placement of the elastic seal in the areas shown on the construction plans or the ones that the supervisor indicates in the field.

As part of the preparation of its offer, the Participant will have to make a Compulsory Technical Visit assisted to the facilities of the Ilopango International Airport, to inspect the area where the construction works will be carried out. CEPA has scheduled this visit on May 25th, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
