Tender for construction of Building Court of Peace in Guatemala
The Judicial Organism, in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of the Decree 57-92 of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala, Law on State Contracting, invites to participate in the Tender 15-OJ-2016, which consists in the construction of the Building Court of Peace in Guatemala, in Ipala, Chiquimula.
Interested persons can obtain the bidding rules of this tender at www.guatecompras.gt, free of charge, by consulting the Operation Number “GUATECOMPRAS 7818335”, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on State Contracting.
Those interested in participating in the Public Tender must take into account that a deadline for consultations has been established through “GUATECOMPRAS” on November 30th, 2018 and the responses will be published as a deadline on December 4th, 2018.
