Supervision of the Construction, Equipment and Modernization Project of Central Offices of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of El Salvador
The Attorney General´s Office (FGR) begins the bidding process for the construction of a new building that will allow to centralize its activities in one place, as well as the improvement and acquisition of the equipment used by the institution, this with the aim of strengthening and improvement of their services.
The company or consortium that obtains said consultancy will be responsible for supervising and certifying within the context of a contract the adequate execution of the tasks entrusted. It will also be responsible for the certification and verification of the final plans as well as their construction.
All the documentation related to said bidding and necessary for the preparation of proposals, can be found in the Project Executing Unit (PIU) of the FGR, located in the Santa Elena Urbanization, Conchagua Street, Building No., North Side American Embassy, Old Cuscatlán, department of La Libertad from March 10th, 2021 to April 22nd, 2021.
It should be noted that if the acquisition of documents implies costs for the bidder, they will NOT be refundable.
Proposals will be received no later than April 23rd 2021 in the Project Executing Unit (PIU) of the FGR located in the Santa Elena Urbanization, Conchagua Street, Building No., North Side American Embassy, Old Cuscatlán, department of La Libertad.
