She has a professional career spanning over 10 years, which has granted her extensive knowledge of individual and collective labor law. She has participated in significant cases related to collective bargaining, dialogue tables, labor disputes, as well as the management of labor relations within companies. She has also been in charge of establishing alternative methods of conflict resolution and labor audits in workplaces.
Recently, she has been involved in cases of preventive labor law focused on the area of human and accounting talent.
