Prior to joining GarciaBodan, Melissa served as Legal Director of the Municipality of San Pedro Sula, being legally responsible for supervising the execution of public services and compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Collaboration for the creation of the Executive Decrees of Honduras: 198-2018; 46-2019 and 37-2020.
  • Member of the Certified Public Buyers (CPC) by the State Contracting and Procurement Regulatory Office (ONCAE) in Honduras, 2021.
