Isaac Mena is Associate at GarciaBodan and member of the Corporate and Transactional practice area in Costa Rica.

He is an attorney with experience advising domestic and international companies, particularly in corporate, commercial, and transactional law. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal support to companies in their day-to-day operations, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance.

Isaac has been involved in the drafting, review, and negotiation of civil, commercial, labor, and financial agreements, as well as in due diligence processes and contractual structuring. He also provides support in international corporate law, assisting companies with cross-border operations to ensure compliance with applicable local and international regulations.

He has participated in notarial matters, including the preparation of public deeds, certifications, protocolizations, and other notarial documents, and has experience handling procedures before the National Registry. Additionally, he supports corporate clients in immigration and labor matters, providing complementary legal advice.
