Blanca Chavarría serves as Associate and the current Closing Coordinator at GarciaBodan’s offices in San Juan del Sur and Tola, Nicaragua.

She plays a vital role in coordinating corporate and real estate transaction closings. Blanca has actively participated in the creation and review of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and meeting the corporate needs of clients. Additionally, she has collaborated in the corporate updating of companies involved in real estate development within the Republic of Nicaragua.

With a solid legal background, Blanca has quickly risen to leadership positions within the firm due to her exceptional organizational skills, integrity, and outstanding communication abilities.

Before joining GarciaBodan, Blanca gained experience as a Legal Assistant at a local law firm, excelling in legal procedures before state institutions in the Department of Rivas.

Her prior experience has provided her with a deep understanding of legal processes and a proven ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory requirements.
