In the regulatory sphere, she has been involved in the management of sanitary registrations, as well as in obtaining permits and authorizations before competent authorities. Additionally, she advises on immigration matters, supporting companies in securing work permits, residency status, and compliance with applicable regulations for foreign personnel.
Within the firm, she also contributes to litigation matters, supporting case strategy and the follow-up of judicial and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a microfinance institution, focusing on providing legal advice on corporate governance, social performance, and anti-money laundering through the handling of administrative legal procedures before various government agencies, recovery of credits through extrajudicial and judicial means, execution of mortgage guarantees, and serving as an institutional liaison with the National Banking and Insurance Commission.
