• Administrative counsel to one of the leading global franchise operators in Honduras, assisting with procedures before various government institutions, including the Revenue Administration Service (SAR), Municipal Government, Environmental Management Unit (UGA), Property Institute, National Migration Institute, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Health Regulation Agency (ARSA), Fire Department of Honduras, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Our legal advice included reviewing corporate deeds, shareholder meeting minutes, mortgages, and purchase agreements, as well as managing enforcement claims and responding to official notices before the civil court.
