Ángel Irias is Associate and a member of the Regulatory Affairs and Corporate practice areas at GarciaBodan in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
He provides legal advice to clients to help them understand and navigate regulatory requirements, which includes interpreting complex laws and recommending policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
He has experience managing complex procedures with various government institutions and providing legal counsel in the private sector.
Ángel has advised both foreign and domestic clients in handling sanitary registrations. He also represents clients in interactions with regulatory agencies and other authorities, including filing reports, responding to audits, and negotiating agreements.
