Impact Hub San Salvador
García & Bodán, signed in 2018 a free legal advice agreement with Impact Hub San Salvador.
Impact Hub is a global network and community of impact entrepreneurs with more than 17,000 members in 100 cities. The Impact Hubs network has worked with Latin American entrepreneurs since 2007, with 11 centers in the region supporting and collaborating with more than 1,000 members. The focus is to offer a space with an innovative design that encourages collaboration, the generation of ideas with a positive impact on society and the sustainable growth of entrepreneurial businesses.
Impact Hub San Salvador aims to act as an impact catalyst, working together with the entrepreneurial community in El Salvador to generate business opportunities, expand connections and promote the image of the country as a source of professionals and agents of change. Its offer to the entrepreneurial ecosystem is:
• Open, inspiring and collaborative spaces.
• Programs and training focused on the needs of entrepreneurs and companies.
• A local, regional and global network that will connect their members and collaborators with organizations and professionals around the world.
Through the signed agreement, García & Bodán has been providing free legal advice to Impact Hub entrepreneurs, in corporate, tax, intellectual property and regulatory matters through Julio Vargas, Managing Partner, Oscar Torres, Partner, Senior Associates Fermina Bolaños and Mauricio Orellana and Associate David Claros, who coordinates the consultancies with the entrepeneurs of Impact Hub San Salvador.
