II Environmental Awareness Day in San Juan del Sur
This past July 06, 2016 García & Bodán participated in the II Environmental Awareness Day in San Juan del Sur sponsored by the Nicaraguan National Chamber of Tourism (CANATUR) and supported by García & Bodán, the Del Sur New newspaper, other companies and schools in the city.
Throughout the day, our attorneys and other team members, along with members of the participating companies and institutions supporting the cause, engaged in the garbage cleanup efforts of the northern estuary-pier of the municipality of San Juan del Sur, a place where a lot of the city’s garbage concentrates, and when dragged by the current, moves towards the bay of San Juan del Sur, the main tourist spot of the city.
This joint action could be achieved thanks to the commitment of all participants for a cleaner city due to the environmental problems that also affect our country.
