García & Bodán adds new Intellectual Property Director in Nicaragua
García & Bodán welcomes Lía Incer Flores to its team, who joins the firm as Senior Associate and Director of the Intellectual Property practice in Nicaragua.

Lía has a master in intellectual property from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain, and an extensive experience and great trajectory prior her incorporation to the firm. Before joining the firm, she served as Director of Copyrights and Related Rights at the General Directorate of the Intellectual Property Registry of Nicaragua; besides in the private practice she has experience in the intellectual property department of another recognized law firm in the country.
“The incorporation of Lía is a great bet for the firm, as besides her knowledge and experience in Industrial Property and Regulatory matters, she comes to strengthen even more our practice in Copyrights and Related Rights, where she is an expert”, said Julio Vargas, Regional Director of the Intellectual Property practice.
