Floor Maintenance and Repair at Gymnasium of Sports Complex in Guatemala
The Autonomous Sports Confederation of Guatemala (CDAG, by its acronyms in Spanish) issues a tender invitation to potential bidders in accordance with the provisions of the State Contracting Law for the project to be executed in Suchitepéquez Sports Complex. The work to be carried out consists in the maintenance and repair of the gymnasium floor, located in Canton “El Porvenir”, Ferrocarril Avenue, zone 4 Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez, Guatemala.
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum experience of two years in buildings remodeling
- Be duly registered before the Registry of Prequalified Works, attached to the Ministry of Infrastructure Communication and Housing
- Bidders must submit at least: a) letter of presentation of offer, b) brief description of their experience, c) proof of visit to the place, d) technical specifications
- In addition, the following guarantees must be presented: a) maintenance of the offer, b) compliance, c) conservation of the work, d) debit balances.
