Construction of Peace Court in Honduras
The immovable of the Peace Court consists in a block building of approximately 211 m² of construction, scratched, polished and painted, granite floor, colored wood doors and thermo-shaped, aluminum and fixed glass sliding windows, false ceiling of mineral fiber and metal strap, ceiling of metallic structure and covered in Aluzinc. Said construction will take place in the Municipality of La Unión, Department of Lempira.
The available spaces has been optimized for its functionality in the following way:
- The main front will consist of a pediment with concrete slab.
- In the main entrance will be built an area of customer service and a lobby that will communicate with the judge’s chamber, secretariat, oral trials room, defenders, prosecutors and the restrooms for the court staff.
- In the right lateral side will be located the mediation room, restrooms, kitchenette and the area for defenders and prosecutors.
- In the left lateral side is the secretariat, judge’s chamber and private restrooms.
- In the back will be located the witnesses’ area, with their respective restrooms and waiting rooms for defendants.
- It has been included the construction of exterior works such as: a system of cistern type drinking water storage, perimeter walls and a surveillance booth.
The execution time for this work has been fixed in two-hundred and ten (210) calendar days, starting from the date in which the Judiciary, through the Administrative Directorate, issues the corresponding Start Order.
