Construction of parking and offices tower in Honduras
The Judicial Power bids the construction of a parking and offices tower in Honduras, which includes general services and food areas of the institution in Tegucigalpa.
The Parking Tower will be a spiral type, where the same slabs serve as ramps for ascending and descending the vehicles, parking the vehicles in the same slabs. The construction will be wrapped in a metallic membrane or parasol (Louver) in the form of a honeycomb.
The building will have 321 parking spaces distributed over 4 levels, access steps at all levels, green area (gardening), signage on each level, properly painted kerbs and vehicle stops.
In the first level of the Tower will be the offices area of General Services and Workshops, which includes the department, assistants, secretariat, fleet manager, transport manager, motorcyclist area, maintenance manager, office orders, printing and photocopying area, kitchen, among others.
The last part of this project is the Food Area, eliminating the current booths and leaving them all in one space, with common dining spaces and five cafeteria spaces. It will have air conditioning and will be located on the second level of this building, while on the first level will be common tables in open space, without walls and with gardening.
