Construction of basic health unit in San Francisco Dos Cerros in El Salvador
The Government of the Republic of El Salvador has signed a loan with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the cost of the Integrated Health Program II, and it is proposed to use part of the funds from this loan to make payments under the contract “Construction of the San Francisco Dos Cerros Basic Health Unit, Municipality of El Paisnal, Department of San Salvador.”
The price of the offer covers the total value of the work, that is to say, absolutely everything necessary for the delivery of the same in the promised period. This includes all the necessary materials (direct and indirect), administrative costs, utility, taxes, fees, services, depreciation, operation and maintenance of equipment, cost of materials, equipment and accessories to be definitively incorporated into the project, labor, transportation, insurance, guarantees, etc.
The term of execution of the work is a maximum term of 180 calendar days, counted from the date of the Start Order.
