Construction and integration of the specialties module at UCSF-I San Juan Opico, El Salvador
The Republic of El Salvador has signed loan No. 3608 / OC-ES with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), to finance the cost of the Integrated Health Program II, and will use part of said funds for this project, which consists of building and integrating a specialties module at UCSD-I, which will be located at 2nd., East Street and Old Street to Tonacatepeque, Barrio la Cruz, San Juan Opico, La Libertad, which will have an approximate area of 170 m2, and it will be integrated into the existing medical unit through a corridor that will be done by demolishing a wall and moving the urology office to leave free access, in addition it will be necessary to cut a mango tree and its planter, also for the topography of the place will require a retaining wall and a small dirt road to leave a level and stable soil for the new building.
The procedure for the selection of bids corresponds to the “Price Comparison” procedure, which will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Policies for the Acquisition of Goods and Works financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2349-15. The budget established for this process covers the total value of the work, including the necessary materials, direct, indirect, administrative costs, etc., that is, absolutely everything necessary for the delivery of the work , which must be executed within a maximum period of 150 calendar days, counted from the start date of the order.
Proposals for this Bid will be received no later than March 18, 2021 from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. (Local Time).
