12 million dollars laboratory building in Costa Rica
The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewerage plans to develop the project for the construction of the new National Water Laboratory Building on its property located in San Rafael de la Unión de Cartago.
The project consists of the construction of the infrastructure of a building necessary to guarantee the adequate functioning by means of the improvement of the physical space, in search of well-being of the internal users and the adequate presentation of the service of attention to the external users, by means of the construction and equipment of a Laboratory with an area of 4,048 m2, approximately.
Deadline for the submission of bids: March 6th, 2020
Estimated cost of investment: USD 11,917,794.00
