The project consists in the development and construction of the Prisma Building. This will count with three levels for commercial use and office units. The first level is intended exclusively for commercial areas.
With the purpose of contributing to a major thermic efficiency, the building will count with glass curtain walls with insulated double layer of 40% that will be installed in all the windows, isolating the heat and resulting in benefits of energy savings.
The building will be located in the north side of the Jean Paul Genie Avenue, a commercial and business area of highest growth in the capital. This will have a privileged view to the north at Managua Lake and its volcanoes from its three levels, including the first plant. The south side will be oriented to the avenue and the mountains of the highlands of Managua.
It is estimated a delivery time of 12 months calendar beginning from the start of the work (May 2017).
