The beneficiaries of these sales included individuals, U.S. Limited Liability Companies, and U.S. Trusts. The total value of these transactions exceeds USD 1.6 million.
  • Collaboration in the transaction through which all shares of a Nicaraguan commercial entity were acquired, which in turn owned a property located in a development in the Municipality of Tola. For the successful execution of this transaction, a Nicaraguan trust was created in which the shares of the company were deposited. The value of this transaction amounted to USD 765,000.00.
