Danny Gaitán is a Staff Attorney at García & Bodán and a member of the Intellectual Property practice in Nicaragua.
His practice focuses on trademark registration and other distinctive signs, an area which he has notably excelled within public entities such as the Intellectual Property Registry (RPI) of the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Commerce (MIFIC).
His professional career also includes advising on real estate registration, commercial, labor, and civil matters. He collaborated with a major pharmaceutical company advising on various legal procedures and as an assistant to the General Management.
