Nicaragua

García & Bodán began in Managua in the year 2000, being the only Nicaraguan law firm that has transcended frontiers and opened offices in countries of the Central American region with the purpose of providing legal services to international clients; mainly in areas related to corporate services and foreign investment.

In 2007, with the vision and purpose of strengthening its presence in Nicaragua, García & Bodán opens a second office in San Juan del Sur, turning into the number one option for purchase and sale of property, in the main point of tourism development and investment due to the natural beauty of its beaches. Given the increase of the real estate development in the South Pacific zone in Nicaragua, in 2017 the law firm opens its third office in Tola.

Honduras

Due to the increasing demand from its clients in the region, in 2004 García & Bodán opens an office in Tegucigalpa, with the purpose of extending its services in Honduras. In 2007, to complement the legal service offered from Tegucigalpa, García & Bodán started operations in the second largest city of the country; San Pedro Sula, known as the industrial capital.

This office has been recognized by various international legal magazines and directories within the main practicing law firms. The main recognized areas are Corporate-Commercial, Intellectual Property and Tax.
