He has more than 15 years of professional experience, combining a strong legal background with experience in the financial sector, corporate banking, investments, financial regulation, and business development in Nicaragua and Central America. His practice focuses on providing strategic advice to financial institutions, fintech companies, and businesses developing new financial products and services.

Throughout his career, he has advised clients on matters involving financial regulation, licensing, business model structuring, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection, and digital transformation. He also has experience in the analysis and structuring of financial products, risk assessment, and the design of market entry and expansion strategies for financial and technology-based business models.
