She has more than 20 years of professional legal experience, with a highly specialized practice in Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Notarial and Registry Law. Throughout her career, she has built a solid track record at regional law firms, providing strategic advice to both domestic and international clients.
Her practice focuses on comprehensive advisory services in administrative and judicial proceedings related to Intellectual Property, including incidents, disputes, and litigation arising from the registration, maintenance, and defense of trademarks and other distinctive signs. She is highly experienced in the analysis, preparation, and filing of responses to objections and refusals, as well as in designing strategies for the filing and defense of oppositions through administrative and judicial remedies.
Nadya advises clients in extrajudicial negotiations for the enforcement and protection of Intellectual Property rights and actively participates in trademark nullity and cancellation proceedings for non-use, preventive actions against improper use of distinctive signs, anti-counterfeiting proceedings, border measures, and criminal actions related to trademark infringements. She also represents clients in the registration, modification, maintenance, and renewal of trademarks and other distinctive signs.
She also has extensive experience as a trainer and speaker in workshops, academic forums, and specialized events focused on the protection of Intellectual Property and the prevention of misappropriation of these assets.
