Lilian Avila is Senior Associate of GarciaBodan in Honduras.
She has experience in Administrative Law of Transparency and Access to Public and Private Information since 2007; she has had the opportunity to attend to several international meetings concerning such law; she has also given conferences in the government and private bureaus in that role.
In the same Administrative Law, she has experience in the Office of Interior as Chair of the Legal Committee and Responsible for International Affairs, she practiced for several years as Judge in Civil and Corporate Law in the Judiciary and also has a Legislative practice as Lawyer in the Presidential Advisory Bureau.
