Maintenance of properties for USD 8 million in Costa Rica
In Costa Rica, the National Women’s Institute is bidding for the construction and maintenance works of its units in Huetar Caribe and Central Pacific.
The bidder is recommended to visit and inspect the sites and their surroundings and obtain by himself, and under his own responsibility, all the information that may be necessary for the preparation of the bid and to enter into a contract for the execution of the Works.
The bidder or its official representatives are invited to attend a joint visit to the sites, which will be carried out by the contracting party. These will be:
– Item No. 1 Huetar Caribe Regional Unit: at 10:00 a.m. on October 15, 2020. The meeting point will be at the Site, which is located in Limón Centro, on Route 32, 350 meters east of the Baseball Stadium.
– Item No. 2 Central Pacific Regional Unit: at 10:00 a.m. on October 16, 2020. The meeting point will be at the Site, which is located in Puntarenas, 125 meters west of the main entrance of the Colegio Técnico Profesional.
Estimated cost of investment: USD 7,887,233.00
Deadline for the submission of bids: November 18, 2020.
