García & Bodán stands out in Chambers Latin America 2025 

We are pleased to announce that García & Bodán has been highlighted in the Chambers and Partners rankings for Latin America, one of the most prestigious international publications for the ranking and evaluation of law firms and professionals across various areas of law. 

In Central America, we have achieved a notable performance in the General Business Law category, where we have been ranked in Band 2.

In Nicaragua, we have secured a prominent position in Corporate/Commercial in Band 1, and in this category, our Regional Managing Partner, Terencio García, has been honored as an Eminent Practitioner,” an exclusive category for the most influential lawyers in each field. 

Chambers’ research team states that Terencio “is a true leader for complex legal services with the highest standards of ethics and efficiency in Central America.” 

Furthermore, our Partners Carlos Téllez and Federico Gurdián have been ranked in the Corporate/Commercial category. In Intellectual Property, Lía Incer has been recognized as “Associates to Watch,” and in Real Estate, Eduardo Cabrales remains in Band 1, standing out as a leader in his area. 

In El Salvador, we have once again been positioned in Corporate/Commercial. In this category, we are especially proud that our Managing Partner, Oscar Torres, has been ranked, reaffirming his strong market presence, and that David Claros, the firm’s Senior Associate, has been highlighted as “Associates to Watch.” Additionally, in Intellectual Property, our Partner in El Salvador and Managing Partner of Costa Rica, Julio Vargas, has achieved an impressive Band 1, solidifying his position as a leader in this area. 

In Honduras, our firm has been ranked in Corporate/Commercial, with our Managing Partner Vanessa Oquelí standing out. In Intellectual Property, our Partner, Graciela Cruz, has been recognized for her notable contributions in this field.
