Improvement of rural road usu08s in El Salvador
The project consists in carrying out the improvement of rural road usu08s, section ca02e (deviation in San Marcos Lempa)-deviation in El Zamorán, Municipality of Jiquilisco, Department of Usulután. It starts at kilometer 86 + 104.982 of the El Litoral highway at the height of San Marcos Lempa on the south side of the same, connects San Marcos Lempa with the Canton El Zamorán and runs parallel to the Lempa River on the Oriente riverbank.
The road has two lanes with a width of 3.00 meters each, is located on an embankment of one meter high on average. The road will have two lanes of 3.00 meters wide each, the width of the shoulders will be 1.00 meters, the right of way will have 15.00 meters and the transverse pumping will be 3%. The Contractor shall carry out the intervention on the existing transversal and longitudinal drainage of the road section (cleaning and desazolves of the entrances and exits of the pipes, as well as of the pipeline itself and of the longitudinal channels) based on the conceptual design. At the same time, consideration should be given to the design and construction of the accesses to the adjacent properties throughout the project on both sides.
The evaluation and qualification of the offers consists of a four-stage process:
- Preliminary or Initial Evaluation.
- Verification of the Documents that form the Offers.
- Comparison of the Offers.
- Qualification of the Offer evaluated as the lowest.
