Construction of Administrative Office of the Judiciary in Honduras

The Judiciary invites construction companies to present offers for the Construction of the Office of Administrative Management and the Tender Units of the Judiciary.

The project will be develop with the purpose of building a second stage above the supply warehouse in order to have the physical space and required areas by the administrative management and tender unit for the optimal development of their work. The department of Administration and Purchasing will share some of the areas, while the tender’s unit will be separate from the rest.

The project consists, among others, of:

  • Demolition of existent structures.
  • Dismantling.
  • Earthmoving.
  • Hydro-sanitary installations.
  • Electric installations.

And inside the construction are the following areas:

  • Common spaces for assistants and auxiliaries.
  • Waiting room.
  • Meeting room.
  • Kitchen.
  • Dining room.
  • Restrooms.

The design seeks to achieve that the interior has ventilation and natural illumination in order to maximize energy resources.

The bidders should accompany their offer with a Guarantee of Tender Security in national currency equal to the 2% of the offered value and should have 120 calendar days starting from the bid opening date.

The execution time established for this work is of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days starting from the date that the Judiciary issues the corresponding Start Order.
