Construction of the Graduate Building at the University of Defense of Honduras
The Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense of Honduras has announced the opening of the tender process for the construction of the graduate building at the University of Defense of Honduras (UDH).
The project will be financed with National Funds, ensuring the proper execution of the work. Interested parties must submit a written request addressed to the Administrative Manager of the Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense.
The construction involves building a 840 m² facility with the following components:
- Clearing the construction area, including removal of vegetation and other obstacles.
- Cutting, compacting, transporting, and disposing of materials to level the area.
- Construction of offices, laboratories, and other special facilities required for the project.
- Supply and installation of main electrical panels.
- Low-voltage distribution system, including lighting and outlets.
- Installation and maintenance of necessary equipment for field offices.
Only Honduran individuals or legal entities, or foreign individuals or legal entities covered by international treaties granting them national treatment and not excluded by certain conditions, may participate in this tender. Bidders must provide satisfactory evidence of their continued eligibility when reasonably requested by the Contracting Authority.
All bids must include a Bid Maintenance Guarantee as outlined in the tender documents.
