Kerstin Pavón is an Associate at García & Bodán and a member of the Real Estate and Corporate and Transactional practice in Tola, Nicaragua.
Her expertise primarily lies in real estate transactions, including the sale of immovable property, the creation of corporations and their registration processes, as well as the establishment of trusts, addenda, and contribution agreements.
She has worked on the purchase and sale of properties in various developments in San Juan del Sur, Rivas, such as Villas de Palermo, Lomas de Palermo, Playa Remanso, Rancho El Papayal, and Pacific Marlin. She is the lawyer in charge of the transactions called “Re-sale,” which involves sales between individuals o properties located in the developments in Tola, Rivas.
