Guisela Rodas is an Associate at García & Bodán and a member of the Corporate and Transactional practice area in El Salvador.
In recent years she has managed the incorporation, modification, and dissolution of companies, has collaborated in the regularization and adaptation of corporate governance, drafting of contracts, and the issuance of legal opinions on commercial, civil, as well as administrative aspects.
Her professional career also includes intellectual property and regulatory law, actively performing trademark, copyright, and patent registration processes. She has extensive experience in advising national and international companies in the registry and import of food products, cosmetics, and agrochemicals and in obtaining permits for the installation and sanitary operation of establishments within the country.
Guisela has collaborated with renowned legal magazines, such as LexLatin, in the elaboration of articles on legal issues.
Prior to joining García & Bodán, Guisela was an Associate at a well-known Central American law firm.
