The Government of El Salvador, in compliance with the first component of the Integrated Water, Sanitation and Environment Project, invites interested companies to present their offers for the construction of the extensions of the building of the Water Quality Laboratory of the General Directorate of the Environmental Observatory of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN by its acronyms in Spanish).
The general objective of the project is to contribute to the increase of forest cover, quality and sustainability of the potable water and sanitation services, as well as the strengthening of the integrated management of the water resource in sub-sector water and sanitation.
The works to be contracted include: the construction of the extensions in the architectural, structural, hydraulic, mechanical, air conditioning and electrical areas, according to areas of analysis and specifications of sizing, ventilation, accesses, necessities of sanitary installations, previously determined, and following the design of the current structure (existing), guided by the general rules of design of Hospitals and Environmental Laboratories at national and international level and by the final design plans and other contents of the Technical Folder that will be delivered to the Contractor prior to the start of the work.
Estimated cost of investment: USD 140,000.00
