He added: “We invite companies to participate in the projects and that have the ability to bid and comply, we hope that all meet the requirements requested for the award.\n\nThe execution of this planning is projected to surpass the budgetary execution of the previous year, in which the communications portfolio was the one that had the best budgetary and financial fulfillment of the cabinet of President Jimmy Morales.
