{"id":8421,"date":"2018-10-01T08:42:11","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T06:42:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/?p=8421"},"modified":"2025-08-11T19:57:10","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T17:57:10","slug":"road-paving-project-in-la-union-el-salvador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/en\/road-paving-project-in-la-union-el-salvador\/","title":{"rendered":"Road paving project in La Union, El Salvador"},"content":{"rendered":"The Ministry of Public Works, Transport, Housing and Development invites interested companies to submit offers to participate in the bidding process for the construction of the paving project of 6.7 kilometers of the Corsain-Las Playitas section, Municipality of La Uni\u00f3n, as part of the Productive Corridors program.\n\nThe works to be executed contemplate the intervention of the road with a total length of 6.7 km, by means of the construction of a structure of pavement according to the design, constituted by the placement of layers of improvement, layer of reinforcement, base granular, base with stabilized aggregates and placement of a double surface treatment.\n\nThe project aims to benefit a population of 47,115 direct and indirect inhabitants of the cantons: Agua Escondida, Chiquir\u00edn and Zacatillo Island, close to the line of the route and improving the connectivity of the inhabitants that use this rural road and achieving the interconnection of the port of the Central American Union and the industrial complex of CORSAIN, so that the current functional deficiencies are exceeded.\n\nThe constructive process proposed for the execution of the works, should gather characteristics of reliability, security and speed in its execution, for which the use of updated technology is required.
