This project will be carried out in Guatemala City and its purpose is to improve spending and optimize the administrative labors by proximity and concentration of jobs and state services.\n\nSome of the specifications of this project are:\n<ol>\n \t<li>Four basements for parking<\/li>\n \t<li>Areas of support services for offices<\/li>\n \t<li>Meeting rooms, services and state support<\/li>\n \t<li>Commercial areas on the ground floor<\/li>\n \t<li>Rehabilitation of the industrial heritage of the Ferrocarriles de Guatemala\u2019s property<\/li>\n \t<li>Extension of the current railway museum<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThis investment project is close to completing the pre-qualification phase of potential investors interested in developing the project.
