In order to determine which customs will be under the scope of this ambitious project, an assessment on their current infrastructure must be done.\n\nThis assessment will necessarily involve, as a first step, involvement of entities with experience in gathering data, which consists in the identification of the infrastructure\u2019s current state in the customs posts, such as:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Electrical installations<\/li>\n \t<li>Hydraulics<\/li>\n \t<li>Drains<\/li>\n \t<li>Telephony<\/li>\n \t<li>Connections of computer networks<\/li>\n \t<li>Wiring<\/li>\n \t<li>Poles<\/li>\n \t<li>Antennas, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWith said study it will be possible to determine the cost and the necessary time in the customs\u2019 improvement. Once all the information is gathered for each regional management, the Board of the Superintendence of Tax Administration (SAT) will approve the allocation of resources to make the customs\u2019 improvements.\n\nCurrently, the project for the improvement of customs, identified under the name of &#8220;Customs Model&#8221;, is in the process of conceptualization. This project is not limited to only one customs, but it is intended to improve all land customs in the country.
