The official announcement was given on November 29th<\/sup> of the present year in the installations of the law firm.\n\nCarlos T\u00e9llez<\/a>, Managing Partner of the law firm, expressed: The essence of Beca Garc\u00eda & Bod\u00e1n is to make a contribution, that grain of sand for education matters in Nicaragua. The seed that generated the creation of the scholarship is our vision of encouraging the legal professionals to pursue excellence. Besides academic excellence, our scholarship considers other elements. One of the most important topics for us is the essay; since it exposes the personality, fortitude and vision of the person.\n\nM\u00f3nica Aldana, the winner of this year, expressed that Garc\u00eda & Bod\u00e1n had always been a dream. \u201cI used to tell my parents that my dream was to become a lawyer and to have a job here. I am grateful with Garc\u00eda & Bod\u00e1n for giving me this opportunity and for putting their trust in me, for acknowledging my talent and especially I thank you on behalf of all the students of all the universities that participates, because of opportunities like these is why we work hard every day, not only to get the best grades, but also to be humanist lawyers, to move forward and give the best of us.\u201d\n\n\u201cWe want to thank the universities because we think this is a joint work.
