This is the first transaction of its kind in the private sector, marking a milestone in the country. Without any doubt, the transaction also reflects the company\u2019s strength.\n\nGarc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n participated in this transaction without precedents as local advisors of the company Oppenheimer &amp; Co., an American company with wide experience in capital markets; which was in charge of the bonds\u2019 placements in the Singapore\u2019s Stock Market.\n\nThe legal advice on the part of Garc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n in Honduras was accomplished by<a href=\"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/en\/profiles\/jazna-vanesa-oqueli-de-riera\/\"> Vanessa Oquel\u00ed<\/a>, Managing Partner, with the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/en\/profiles\/godofredo-siercke-nunez\/\">Godofredo Siercke<\/a>, Senior Associate.\n\nThe lawyers Oquel\u00ed and Siercke worked assiduously on the due diligence carried out for the company, as well as in the review and elaboration of the different documents of the transaction. Also, they performed the analysis of all the applicable legal framework for this novel and important transaction, having issued for such purposes the correspondent legal opinions and the required local guarantee documents.\n\nBesides the local advice of Garc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n, the company Oppenheimer &amp; Co. counted with international counsel from the American law firm Greenberg Taurig. On the other hand Inversiones Atl\u00e1ntida S.A.
