The baseline values are:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Bunker fuel:<\/strong> US$85.76\/BBL<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Coal:<\/strong> US$96.55\/MT<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Natural gas:<\/strong> US$2.80\/MMBtu<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Diesel:<\/strong> US$137.74\/BBL<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Petroleum coke:<\/strong> US$82.75\/MT<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #2263aa;\">Bid submission requirements<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>Interested parties wishing to participate must qualify as Bidders and comply with the following requirements:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Bid documents fee:<\/strong> non-refundable payment of US $5,000.00.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Bid security:<\/strong> An amount equal to the maximum capacity offered (MW) multiplied by US $15,000.00, with a minimum validity of four months.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Legal documentation:<\/strong> Evidence of legal capacity (for both domestic and foreign entities), sworn statements confirming eligibility, and proof of firm capacity or the corresponding electricity import agreements, where applicable.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Fuel supply assurance:<\/strong> Projects based on natural gas must submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with their fuel supplier.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #2263aa;\">Tender schedule<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<table style=\"height: 704px;
